Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By using HomePro AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by HomePro AI ("we," "us," "our") to your business entity ("you," "your").

2. Subscription & Billing

HomePro is billed monthly. No annual contracts are required. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — no cancellation fees, no exit penalties, no questions asked.

Pricing is based on your truck count and the modules you subscribe to. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

3. Your Data

You own your data. Always. We are a data processor acting on your behalf. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for purposes other than delivering the services you've subscribed to.

Upon cancellation, we will provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV, PDF) within 14 business days of your request. Data is deleted from our systems within 90 days of account closure.

4. AI Agent Services

AI agents (Voice Receptionist, Browser Agent, Digital Employees) operate according to the rules and configurations you set. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the automation rules that govern your AI agents' behavior.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses (voice calls, text messages, estimates) should be reviewed according to your business judgment. HomePro is a tool that assists your operations — it does not replace your professional expertise or judgment.

5. Uptime & Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. In the event of extended downtime exceeding our SLA, affected customers will receive a pro-rated service credit for the downtime period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HomePro for legitimate business operations. You will not use the platform to send spam, conduct fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws or regulations (including TCPA for automated communications).

7. Limitation of Liability

HomePro's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
