Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, features used, and session duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve HomePro's services. Specifically:

  • To operate the platform and deliver the features you've subscribed to
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To provide customer support
  • To send service-related notifications (not marketing)
  • To improve platform performance and develop new features

3. AI & Your Data

Your customer data is NEVER used to train public AI models.

The AI agents (Voice Receptionist, Browser Agent, etc.) process your data solely to perform the specific tasks you've configured. Call transcripts, customer records, and business data remain isolated to your account and are never shared with third parties or used for model training.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • SOC 2 Type II compliance
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Full audit logging of all data access events
  • Regular third-party security audits

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will export all your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) upon request and delete it from our systems within 90 days of cancellation.

6. Third-Party Services

HomePro integrates with third-party services (QuickBooks, Stripe, Google, etc.) at your direction. We share only the data necessary to perform the specific integration function you've configured. We do not sell your data to third parties.
