Your customer data is NEVER used to train public AI models.
The AI agents (Voice Receptionist, Browser Agent, etc.) process your data solely to perform the specific tasks you've configured. Call transcripts, customer records, and business data remain isolated to your account and are never shared with third parties or used for model training.
We implement industry-standard security measures:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will export all your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) upon request and delete it from our systems within 90 days of cancellation.
HomePro integrates with third-party services (QuickBooks, Stripe, Google, etc.) at your direction. We share only the data necessary to perform the specific integration function you've configured. We do not sell your data to third parties.
