If your application looks like a fit, we'll schedule a short call. Not an interview — more of a "here's what the community is, here's what we're looking for" conversation. You can ask us anything.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be a HomePro customer to join? +

No — and this is intentional. The community is for trades founders using AI to build a better business. We do share HomePro features and workflows heavily, but non-customers are welcome and often bring different perspectives.

What's the revenue requirement? +

There's no hard cutoff, but most members are in the $1M—$15M range. Below that, the challenges are usually different. Above that, you're often dealing with private equity dynamics that change the conversation. We care more about mindset than revenue.

How much time does it require? +

At minimum: one 75-minute mastermind call per month. The Slack is active daily, but lurking is fine — many members join to read and absorb without posting. There are no attendance requirements. Show up how it works for your business.

Is there a membership fee? +

Currently no. We're building the community infrastructure before we attach a price to it. Early members get in at the founding rate — which is free — and will be grandfathered when pricing is introduced. Apply now while that's still the case.

I'm not that technical. Is this for me? +

Yes. Most members aren't engineers — they're operators who've learned to leverage AI tools without writing a line of code. The playbooks are written for business owners, not developers. If you can run QuickBooks, you can deploy these workflows.
