Our AI-powered estimates are provided for informational purposes and may vary from final costs. Actual pricing depends on the service provider's assessment, scope of work, materials, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Bookings

When you book a service:

  • You enter into a direct agreement with the service provider
  • HomePro acts as a platform facilitator, not the service provider
  • You agree to pay the agreed-upon price for services rendered
  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be disclosed before booking

Payments and Fees

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:

  • Service fees as agreed upon with the service provider
  • Platform fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional charges disclosed before booking

Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the service provider and the nature of the service. Disputes regarding service quality or completion should be reported to our support team within 7 days of service completion.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your service needs
  • Be present or arrange access for scheduled services
  • Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
  • Not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers on our platform agree to:

  • Maintain proper licensing, insurance, and certifications
  • Provide services in a professional and timely manner
  • Honor quoted prices and complete agreed-upon work
  • Communicate clearly with customers
  • Follow safety standards and building codes

Intellectual Property

Customer-Provider Disputes
