Encryption at rest and in transit

All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest. All traffic uses TLS 1.3. No exceptions.

You own your data

If you ever leave HomePro AI, you get a full export of everything - customers, jobs, estimates, invoices. No hostage data.

Role-based access controls

Field techs see what they need. Office staff see what they're permitted. Owners see everything. Permissions are per-user and per-role.

Audit logs

Every action in the system is logged with timestamp and user. If something goes wrong, you can trace it.

SOC 2 Type II (in progress)

We are currently undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification. Expected completion Q4 2026.

Cancel and your identifiable data is purged within 30 days. Billing records kept 7 years (US tax law). You get a confirmation.

We don't use your business data to train AI models for other customers. Your customers are yours. Your jobs are yours.
