Pick twenty-five properties and send whatever already exists — a property list, inspection reports, maintenance history, an export from the system you run today. We build the records and hand back four things.

  • Portfolio health, and an honest count of what we couldn't score
  • System ages across every property, by category
  • A five-year capital outlook, in ranges
  • Everything missing — the properties you're flying blind on

It takes us a few days. At the end of it you decide whether any of it was worth having; there's nothing to cancel if it wasn't.
