The default cadence is weekly. We don't sit on work. If a feature isn't worth shipping this week, we ask whether it's worth shipping at all.

Talk to operators.

Every person on this team is on a customer call at least once a month. The product reflects what we've heard, not what we've theorized.

Strong opinions, written down.

We write more than we meet. Long-form decisions decay slower than verbal ones.

Compound, don't sprint.

We build for ten years, not for the quarter. The systems that win in this industry get better while no one's looking.

Respect the trades.

A roofer who runs a $4M business is sharper than 95% of operators we've met. We design for that respect, not for a stereotype.

Default to action.

If you can ship a fix in the time it takes to file a ticket, ship the fix. Bias toward doing is part of the job.
