Who this home is for
Plenty of people run a house they don't sleep in — a parent's place, a rental, somewhere empty half the year. It changes who should be told, and how urgently.
Emergencies ignore all of this. A gas or fire alert goes to everyone with access, immediately, whatever the setting says.
What each role can do
- Owner
Full access — records, documents, bookings, billing and sharing.
- Family
Tasks, service information and the home record. No billing or sharing controls.
- Viewer
Read only. Useful for a house sitter, parent or property manager.
You can change a role or remove access at any time. Invitations expire after 7 days.
