Buddy punching
Clock-in requires GPS location match to job site geofence. One person cannot clock in for another from a different location.
Early clock-ins
Clock-in is only enabled within 10 minutes of the job's scheduled start time (configurable). Pre-job time is not paid.
Off-site activity
GPS tracks position during paid hours. Long stops at non-job locations (coffee runs, personal errands) are flagged and shown in the tech scorecard.
Manual time manipulation
No tech can manually enter or edit their own time. All time is GPS-verified and manager-approved before payroll runs.
