Compliance & Legal · Command OS

Your licenses won't expire.
Your certs won't be late.

One lapsed license. One missing insurance cert. One unsigned lien waiver. Any of these can stop a job, lose a contract, or expose your business to liability. Command's Compliance Vault tracks every expiration date, auto-generates certificates on demand, keeps OSHA documentation current, and uses AI to review contracts before you sign them.

How the Compliance Vault works

Upload once. Never miss a deadline.
Command tracks the rest.

01

Every license and cert loaded once, tracked forever

Upload your contractor licenses, bonding certs, and insurance policies. Command tracks expiration dates for every document across the business and every crew member.

02

Renewal alerts fire at 90, 30, and 7 days

Email and push notifications at each threshold. No license expires because someone forgot. No job gets shut down by an inspector.

03

Insurance certificates generated in one click

When a GC or property manager requests a cert, Command pre-fills an ACORD-style certificate from your stored policy data. One click to generate, one click to send.

04

AI reviews contracts before you sign

Upload a subcontractor agreement or customer contract. Command highlights unusual payment terms, missing lien waiver clauses, liability gaps, and non-standard indemnification language.

Common questions

Compliance, answered.

What document types does the Compliance Vault track?

The Vault tracks: contractor licenses (state and local), general liability insurance certificates, workers compensation certificates, surety bonds, vehicle and equipment insurance, and employee-level certifications (EPA 608, OSHA 10/30, trade-specific certifications). Each document stores the expiration date, policy number, coverage limit, and the issuing entity. You upload once, Command tracks and alerts from there.

How accurate is the AI contract review?

Command's contract review flags clause-level issues: payment terms outside standard net-30 conventions, indemnification language that shifts liability unusually broadly, missing lien waiver requirements, arbitration clauses, non-compete provisions, and scope ambiguity that commonly leads to disputes. It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney on high-value or complex contracts, but it catches the most common costly provisions that contractors sign without realizing the risk.

Does Command handle lien waivers automatically?

Yes. When a job closes or an invoice is paid, Command can generate the appropriate lien waiver for the jurisdiction - conditional or unconditional, progress or final - pre-filled with job and payment details. The homeowner or GC signs digitally. The executed waiver is stored in the job record.

Can crew members access compliance documents from the field?

Crew members can view documents relevant to them through the field app - their own certifications, job-level OSHA documentation, and safety checklists. They cannot see business-level insurance or financial compliance documents. Owners and office managers have full access to all vault documents.

Nothing expires.
Nothing falls through.
